At Appointment Desk we offer flexible appointment scheduling and answering service pricing options on a month-to-month basis. No long term contracts required giving you control over your costs.

The cost of our appointment scheduling service is based on per minute usage. We offer the following packages with additional per minute pricing available for higher call volumes.

In addition to the monthly fee, there is an initial implementation fee based on the complexity of your needs. A typical set up fee is $110.
